What type of IT support contracts do you offer?

OSBORNE Digital is happy to offer two types of IT support contracts to our customers…

Managed IT Support
Our most popular option amongst our client base is our Managed IT support contract. This provides all of your IT support and mainteance tasks being provided as part of a fixed monthly fee. Giving you clarity of your IT expenditure and allows you to meet your overall budget, whilst receiving priority support and a guaranteed turnaround on logged problems through an SLA (Service Level Agreement).

Ad-Hoc IT Support
Our ad-hoc support contract is ideal for businesses that may have IT staff within the business or are small companies, who required support as and when it is needed. An hourly rate will be agreed in advance and any issues worked on are billed to the client at the end of each month.

Which areas are covered by OSBORNE Digital's services?

OSBORNE Digital provide IT services to all businesses within Northern Ireland, mainland United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland.

I am interested in your services but not sure what my business needs in regards to IT support. Can you help?

We would highly recommend taking advantage of our Free IT Audit offer. We will visit your business on-site and do a review of your current systems and network, which can allow us to propose the right solution going forward. This service is free of charge and there are no obligations of course.

Do you offer out-of-hours IT support?

We are happy to be able to offer out-of-hours IT support for clients who require it. This will be discussed with every client we onboard and an agreement will be made between OSBORNE Digital and the client to ensure expectations are met and the additional costs are agreed upon.

I need emergency support and I am not currently a client. What costs are involved to get my problem resolved?

If you require emergency IT support and you are not an exisiting client, that’s not a problem! Please give us a call on +44 (0)28 9099 3410 and we will be happy to sort out an engineer to visit you as soon as possible.

The costs involved will be a callout charge, which is calculated on the distance your business is from our head office in Ballyclare, Northern Ireland, and an agreed hourly or daily rate, depending on the nature of the problem and the amount of work required to resolve.
